Sometimes that ‘cool, retro puzzle’ you picked up for £1 in the Charity Shop is actually a wolf in sheep’s clothing because it’s so old that it has mould and the decals have fallen off of the cardboard, meaning that doing the puzzle is about 30x more difficult and tomorrow I am going to be spending a lot of time with my trusty PVA glue.
[Update] I did manage to more or less finish Ireland before I left. As the countries are split into regions rather than counties, this meant Ireland was super easy. Only 5 colours, 4 large regions (and then ROI Ulster being all thorn-in-NI-sidey*)
(*Clearly not a technical term; this is a children’s puzzle and I don’t want any OMG YOU’RE AN IGNORANT BITCH messages today, ok? Thanks)
